Oedema / Dropsy

A chronic effusion of fluid into subcutaneous tissue is konw as oedema or dropsy. In layman term it is the swelling of either legs and abodomen. Dropsy may be caused mainly by heart, liver and kidney diseases. Perhaps the problem of kidney or nephrotic synrome is the cause of major swelling of the legs.
